The club on one page · Grants Pass, Oregon
Opening September 1, 2026.
Rogue RC Raceway is incorporated, the lease is signed, and we're getting the building ready. What's left is the club itself — its members. Everyone who races here is one, and there are three ways to be one.
The paperwork is done.
Rogue RC Raceway is incorporated — an Oregon nonprofit, filed July 7, 2026 — with its federal EIN and a signed lease. We have the keys, and we're getting the space ready. Insurance is being bound before opening day.
That's structure. A club is its members. What matters now is the people who'll be behind these doors when they open — and building something that outlasts the people who started it.
Three memberships
Free practice, and the regular club races are free. Schedule your own sessions, get one vote in how the club runs, and use the members' pro shop. A 12-month commitment.
Family: $150 the first member, $75 each additional — same full access; the first member casts the household's vote.
Member sessions and free practice. Club-race entries are$5 off the posted rate. No vote, no scheduling, no pro shop.
Come to the scheduled events — the weekly races, club-wide practice, and special events — and pay the posted rate for what you enter. No monthly dues; no member sessions.
No one runs a car who isn't a member and hasn't signed the waiver — even at $0. Membership is the relationship, not the lap count.
What a run costs
Posted event fees. Full members race the regular club schedule for free; everyone else pays these.
| Practice — both tracks | $20 / visit |
| Off-road race — first class | $30 |
| Off-road — each additional class | +$15 |
| Mini-Z race — first class | $20 |
| Mini-Z — each additional class | +$10 |
Full: practice and club races free. Partial: $5 off any club-race entry. Special events and series: everyone pays the posted rate, no discount.

No trash service — each member packs out their own trash. Roughly$27,000 a year to keep the lights on.Nobody takes a dollar out of this. Not a member, not a founder. Ever.
What you'd own: control, not equity
An Oregon nonprofit corporation — filed, real, incorporated July 7, 2026, Registry No. 259878891. A self-declared 501(c)(7) social club (our intended status, not an IRS ruling). Not a charity; nothing paid here is tax-deductible.
One member, one vote. Full members elect the board — and can remove it. No shares, no equity, no claim on club assets. If the club ever dissolves, everything goes to another nonprofit — never to members.
Today the club is three people: Steven Jones (President), Michael Lauterio (Secretary), Reid Campbell (Treasurer). We pay the same dues as everyone else, and serve one year — before the lease renews, the members meet, decide whether to do it again, and elect the board.
How to join
- Pick a membership — Full, Partial, or Free.
- Sign the waiver once — we print it with your name and member number, you sign it in person, and it stays on file.
- Set up dues on a card (Full and Partial); pay event fees per visit. Every member gets a member number.
Start with the sign-up sheet — it emails your details to the club and prints your waiver, ready to sign at the track. Or email roguercraceway@gmail.com and we'll send the links. The schedule and club news run through the club's Facebook group.
Still open — and yours to decide
The weekly schedule — which nights the club runs off-road racing, Mini-Z racing, and open practice — is the members' to set, not ours. That's not a gap we're hiding; it's one of the first decisions the members make, and the people here early are the ones who make it.
